STAFF HOUSE.
You will live in our modern staff house, which was completed in 2022, or in our "all inclusive" staff rooms, which were renovated in 2023 – including WIFI, fitted kitchen, electricity and waste disposal costs. The best working and living conditions await you with a gym, table football room, barbecue area and snack vending machines. Each room in the new building has a cellar compartment where you can store your personal belongings. A laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers and irons is available free of charge.
CATERING.
We offer our employees varied and healthy meals. Whether on working days or days off: Three meals a day and the accompanying drinks are provided free of charge at our fixed meal times in the rooms provided for this purpose.
EMPLOYEE CLOTHING.
We attach great importance to the quality and professional appearance of our staff. We take care of complete uniform outfitting: We clean and iron the hotel uniform for all employees once a week and hang it in their locker. You only need your own laundry until the first delivery.
ABOVE-TARIFF PAY WITHOUT ALL-IN CONTRACT.
We value our employees very highly. That's why we put a lot of emphasis on above-average pay. In addition, overtime is compensated in the form of time off or financial compensation.
FITNESS.
We know that the entire musculoskeletal system is challenged in the hospitality industry. We have a new fitness centre exclusively for our employees to help them balance and strengthen themselves.
We also offer personalised health courses (e.g. back training).
DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
Under the motto "Never Stop Growing", you can continuously develop your skills with us. In regular feedback meetings with team leaders, we set targets and monitor progress. Your development is important to us: We are happy to support you in this, for example by adjusting your working hours.
