Your room is available for you from 03:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Earlier arrival can be arranged for a fee and subject to availability. 

You can use our convenient pre-check-in service from home or while travelling. You will receive the link for this together with your booking confirmation.

We kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 am at the latest on your day of departure. Subject to availability, you can depart later for a fee. 

Two gigabytes per guest are included during your stay. Additional gigabytes can be added for a fee.

For our younger guests we have an outdoor playground, a fun court, opportunities to play chess, a slackline, disc golf and a table tennis table. Inside the hotel there is a playhouse as well as board and card games. 

An extra bed can be added to each room for a fee, and two rooms have a bunk bed for two children. 

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Alpenhotel Ammerwald. Thank you for your understanding. 

Enjoy regional and seasonal specialities in our restaurant. You are welcome to reserve a table in advance at the reception. 

The visitor's tax is €2.00 per person and night. In return, you will receive the Active Card of the Reutte Nature Park Region with many attractive inclusive services. You can find more information about the Aktiv Card here. 

We would be very grateful if you could pay by EC card or alternatively by credit card. Cash payment is also possible in exceptional cases. 

• You can cancel free of charge up to six weeks before arrival,

• up to four weeks before arrival, we will charge you 40 % of the total package price, 

• up to three weeks before arrival, we will charge you 60 % of the total package price,

• up to two weeks before arrival, we will charge you 80 % of the total package price, 

• up to one week before arrival, we will charge you 100 % of the total package price.
